The Library is the classiest joint in an otherwise lackluster downtown. Cozy and comfortable with cool book vibes. Larry is one of the best bartenders in town, and the drink menu is a local best. Somehow without a kitchen, the Library manages to make some of the best food in Fairbanks. Highly recommend.

What a great find! Larry, the bardener & owner is a master at his craft! He's curated many fun & tasty cocktails, it would take many visits to try them all. And the spring rolls were very yummy. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!!

Absolutely the best dining experience in Fairbanks! We moved up here about a year ago from Memphis, TN. We've found most of the dining options to be lacking in some important way. If they have great food, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. If they have a good atmosphere, the food, service, or choices are lacking. This place has it all. The atmosphere is modern, comfortable and joyful. We were able to have an intimate conversation but also felt surrounded by other people having a good time. The service was spot on. Food and drinks arrived with perfect timing and our waitresses kept an eye on our water and cleared our table promptly. And the food/ drinks! Hands down the highest level of culinary/bartending expertise we have found in this city! Everything was fresh, well seasoned, and expertly plated/poured. The flavors were excellent and the presentation was beautiful. I hope this city is aware of what a treasure has arrived, and that the bar is raised!

My husband and I stopped in for a few hours on our travels. Between the two of us we had 5 different cocktails and they were all AMAZING. The beer was also great. Give them a try! Really good!

We came from Boston, MA, and this is honestly the only spot we have found that has a classy cocktail bar. The service was attentive, knowledgeable and skilled. The location itself is clean, new and has fun decor. We got 4 different drinks here and all were exceptional! I would say the food is a biiiiit overpriced, but the quality is there so it’s worth it. Stop by for a nice couple cocktails if your in town.

What an awesome experience! We sat at the bar and met the owner/bartender/chef Larry. We each had a couple of cocktails and deviled eggs, which were amazing. We met some locals as well and all the food looked great. Thanks you Larry and locals for a great time

Cozy environment with dimmed lighting and great cocktails! Several small seating areas that would be best for smaller parties of 2-4 although there is one larger area suitable for bigger groups. The bar is adorable and the specialty drinks are always exciting. Small, tailored menu that is always changing. Great food for sharing and snacking while sharing a drink in a more intimate environment. Great for dates or drinks with the girls!

Loved the bar! Good balance between a bistro and a speakeasy. Has an uplifting vibe with the good indoor lighting, but not too noisy so you could still enjoy conversations with friends. Our drinks were fantastic! Delicious and beautiful presentation. Food is also great! Staff was incredibly helpful - welcoming, checking in regularly to make sure our needs covered. Highly recommend!

We came here for an evening night cap and The Library did not disappoint! From the outside, the building comes across a bit unassuming, but the interior is sleek and modern. Great feel for a cocktail bar. We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of chatting with the owner Larry. He made us feel extremely welcomed and was a great host for us. I ordered off the cocktail menu and highly recommend the Gulp-Ivers Travel (also Larry's favorite!). The charcuterie board was fantastic to munch on while sipping cocktails and enjoying the atmosphere. This is a MUST VISIT during your trip to Fairbanks. The Library rocks!
